Hi Ian, we're the Germans you mentioned on your report of day 15 of your trip (Ponderosa Campground). Well, our round trip is over now, we're back in Hamburg. Hope you're still enjoying yourself. You're part of our story too now when we tell our friends about our trip. Good luck and have fun!

Cool site Ian!! Just having difficulty viewing the live feeds. From the photos, it looks like you are seeing some great sites and meeting some fun people along the way. Hey, maybe you could do a reality show...I would certainly watch it !! Safe travels!

Hi Ian, I met you at the General Grant tree, where my kids were climbing over that huge root mass from the fallen giant. I imagine you are overwhelmed by all the new sights in the Sierra. Hope you take lots of pictures, and enjoy your trip! Steve C from Fresno and WhitneyZone.com

Truly enjoying reading about your adventure. I am living my dream trip through you now, but one day I do plan to drive across the USA via car, although my Delorean will probably stay in the garage. My trip will most definately incorporate Route 66 in some way.
